Refund Policy
We believe in keeping things simple and stress-free for you. That's why we have a 30-day return policy! You have a whole 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy!
How to Start a Return:
- Drop us a message at info@mrwoodware.com.
- Please include the reason for your return and, if applicable, attach an image of the item. Providing details like the order number and any issues you noticed will help us process your return quickly and efficiently.
- Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.
Damages and Issues
We hope everything arrives perfectly, but if you notice any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We'll sort it out and make it right for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
While we strive to ensure you are satisfied with our products, please note that certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes custom-made or personalized items, and products that have been used or show signs of wear.
For hygiene reasons, wooden massagers cannot be returned if they have been used. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, just let us know.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
Want to exchange an item? The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have first. Once your return is accepted, go ahead and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
As soon as we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
