The Installation of The Wood Burning Pen:

Step 1

Please loose the screw and quit about 3mm firstly, then insert the pen tips. Or you will think it is inserted into the button but in fact, it is blocked by the screw.

Step 2

Insert the tips into the copper wire column for about 8mm. Why is the pyrography pen not hot, fluctuated, sparks? 

Step 3

Please tighten the screws, or the tips won't get hot and even sparks.

Step 4

please confirm the screw is tightened and the tip is in the holder about 8mm.
